Maggie is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Honorary Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), and has sold real estate for over 40 years in the GTA and Cottage Country.
She founded The Downsizing Team with Sylvia Loomis over 10 years ago and is certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist SRES, as well she holds a Certificate as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and an Honours Certificate in Condominium Management and Administration.
Maggie’s passion for working with seniors came to the forefront when she stepped into the role of primary caregiver for her mother, diagnosed with dementia.

Bruce arrived in Ontario in 1994 and has thrived here ever since, living and working in Toronto, Hamilton and the Niagara region.
He comes to real estate with a Masters in Science and Education degree, 15 years experience teaching with Niagara District School Board, and as a corporate coach and home renovator across the GTA. He holds a certified specialization as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, helping to assist his senior clients moving forward in every way possible.
